Ashton-Sandy Spring home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Ashton-Sandy Spring rose by $83,450 while total sales increased by 88.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $675,950 - a 14.1% increase over the $592,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Ashton-Sandy Spring in the third quarter of 2017.
