Kemp Mill home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Kemp Mill fell by $18,500 while total sales decreased by 18.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $401,500 - a 4.4% decrease over the $420,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Kemp Mill in the first quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Kemp Mill for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,479, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2019.
