Ashton-Sandy Spring home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Ashton-Sandy Spring rose by $110,000 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $585,000 - a 23.2% increase over the $475,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Ashton-Sandy Spring in the second quarter of 2018.
