Dickerson home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Dickerson rose by $117,050 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $443,750 - a 35.8% increase over the $326,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Dickerson in the second quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Dickerson for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,350, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2019.
