Poolesville home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Poolesville rose by $45,000 while total sales increased by 13.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 95 homes sold, with a median sale price of $400,000 - a 12.7% increase over the $355,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 84 homes sold in Poolesville in 2016.
