Ashton-Sandy Spring home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Ashton-Sandy Spring fell by $93,000 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $525,000 - a 15% decrease over the $618,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Ashton-Sandy Spring in the first quarter of 2016.
