Ashton-Sandy Spring home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Ashton-Sandy Spring rose by $17,500 while total sales decreased by 21.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $592,500 - a 3% increase over the $575,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Ashton-Sandy Spring in the third quarter of 2016.
