Dickerson home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Dickerson fell by $190,704 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $328,500 - a 36.7% decrease over the $519,204 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Dickerson in the third quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Dickerson for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,350, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2017.
