Takoma Park home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Takoma Park fell by $17,500 while total sales increased by 61.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $480,000 - a 3.5% decrease over the $497,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Takoma Park in the fourth quarter of 2016.
