Ashton-Sandy Spring home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Ashton-Sandy Spring fell by $159,000 while total sales increased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $469,000 - a 25.3% decrease over the $628,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Ashton-Sandy Spring in the fourth quarter of 2016.
