Chevy Chase (Montgomery County) home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Chevy Chase in Montgomery County rose by $127,000 while total sales increased by 216.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $990,000 - a 14.7% increase over the $863,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Chevy Chase in January 2016.
