Germantown home prices fall in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Germantown fell by $3,200 while total sales increased by 202.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 115 homes sold, with a median sale price of $338,750 - a 0.9% decrease over the $341,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Germantown in January 2016.

The median sales tax in Germantown for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,915, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for January 2017.
