Clarksburg home prices fall in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Clarksburg fell by $33,250 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $391,250 - a 7.8% decrease over the $424,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Clarksburg in January 2016.

The median sales tax in Clarksburg for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,138, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for January 2017.
