Wheaton-Glenmont home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Wheaton-Glenmont rose by $60,000 while total sales increased by 222.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 58 homes sold, with a median sale price of $350,000 - a 20.7% increase over the $290,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Wheaton-Glenmont in January 2016.
