Aspen Hill home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Aspen Hill rose by $23,500 while total sales decreased by 30.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $378,500 - a 6.6% increase over the $355,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 55 homes sold in Aspen Hill in February 2016.

The median sales tax in Aspen Hill for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,420, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for February 2017.
