Cloverly home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Cloverly fell by $26,950 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $445,000 - a 5.7% decrease over the $471,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Cloverly in March 2016.
