Wheaton-Glenmont home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Wheaton-Glenmont rose by $56,700 while total sales increased by 4.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $369,200 - a 18.1% increase over the $312,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Wheaton-Glenmont in March 2016.

The median sales tax in Wheaton-Glenmont for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,809, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for March 2017.
