Wheaton-Glenmont home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Wheaton-Glenmont rose by $25,000 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 56 homes sold, with a median sale price of $354,500 - a 7.6% increase over the $329,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Wheaton-Glenmont in April 2016.
