Chevy Chase (Montgomery County) home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Chevy Chase in Montgomery County rose by $89,250 while total sales decreased by 31.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,154,250 - a 8.4% increase over the $1,065,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Chevy Chase in June 2016.
