North Bethesda home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in North Bethesda fell by $13,250 while total sales decreased by 6.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $649,500 - a 2% decrease over the $662,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in North Bethesda in June 2016.

The median sales tax in North Bethesda for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $7,399, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for June 2017.
