Wheaton-Glenmont home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Wheaton-Glenmont rose by $7,000 while total sales decreased by 11.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 47 homes sold, with a median sale price of $347,000 - a 2.1% increase over the $340,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 53 homes sold in Wheaton-Glenmont in July 2016.

The median sales tax in Wheaton-Glenmont for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,809, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for July 2017.
