Ashton-Sandy Spring home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Ashton-Sandy Spring rose by $110,000 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $650,000 - a 20.4% increase over the $540,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Ashton-Sandy Spring in August 2016, as well.
