Aspen Hill home prices fall in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Aspen Hill fell by $33,000 while total sales increased by 25.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 59 homes sold, with a median sale price of $395,000 - a 7.7% decrease over the $428,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Aspen Hill in August 2016.

The median sales tax in Aspen Hill for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,420, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for August 2017.
