North Potomac home prices fall in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in North Potomac fell by $115,600 while total sales increased by 70%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $639,900 - a 15.3% decrease over the $755,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in North Potomac in September 2016.
