Wheaton-Glenmont home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Wheaton-Glenmont rose by $26,250 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 72 homes sold, with a median sale price of $355,750 - a 8% increase over the $329,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Wheaton-Glenmont in September 2016.
