Chevy Chase (Montgomery County) home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Chevy Chase in Montgomery County fell by $258,000 while total sales increased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $992,000 - a 20.6% decrease over the $1,250,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Chevy Chase in November 2016.

The median sales tax in Chevy Chase for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $11,021, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for November 2017.
