Aspen Hill home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Aspen Hill rose by $16,750 while total sales decreased by 11.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $398,000 - a 4.4% increase over the $381,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Aspen Hill in November 2016.
