Rockville home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Rockville rose by $82,500 while total sales increased by 43.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $459,000 - a 21.9% increase over the $376,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Rockville in November 2016.

The median sales tax in Rockville for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $6,949, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for November 2017.
