Silver Spring home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Silver Spring fell by $90,550 while total sales increased by 58.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $452,450 - a 16.7% decrease over the $543,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Silver Spring in November 2016.

The median sales tax in Silver Spring for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,050, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for November 2017.
