Wheaton-Glenmont home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Wheaton-Glenmont rose by $5,000 while total sales increased by 29.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $365,000 - a 1.4% increase over the $360,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Wheaton-Glenmont in November 2016.
