Fairland home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Fairland rose by $52,000 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $352,000 - a 17.3% increase over the $300,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Fairland in November 2016.

The median sales tax in Fairland for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,212, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for November 2017.
