Montgomery Village home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Montgomery Village rose by $21,000 while total sales increased by 32.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 57 homes sold, with a median sale price of $298,000 - a 7.6% increase over the $277,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Montgomery Village in November 2016.
