Wheaton-Glenmont home prices rise in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Wheaton-Glenmont rose by $16,500 while total sales decreased by 8.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $371,500 - a 4.6% increase over the $355,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Wheaton-Glenmont in December 2016.
