Germantown home prices fall in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Germantown fell by $13,000 while total sales decreased by 5.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were 80 homes sold, with a median sale price of $312,000 - a 4% decrease over the $325,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 85 homes sold in Germantown in December 2016.

The median sales tax in Germantown for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,915, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for December 2017.
