City of Gaithersburg Multicultural Affairs Committee met April 11.

1. CALL TO ORDER
The Regular Session of the Multicultural Affairs Committee was called to order at 7:37 PM with Member Washington Nsangou presiding.

2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A. Regular Session held March 14, 2018
Due to lack of quorum, minutes were deferred until May 9, 2018.
3. DISCUSSION TOPICS
A. Review Final Plans for DiverseCity Showcase
Members discussed timing of introductions and who would introduce each performance.
Selections were made for assisting at the committee activity table at the event.
B. Discuss Craft Ideas for La Milla de Mayo and Schedule Members
Members selected the Mexican craft “The Eye of God” for the festival and determined the times they were available to assist.
4. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the session was adjourned at 8:58 PM
