North Kensington home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in North Kensington rose by $45,000 while total sales increased by 72.7%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Gaithersburg rose by $28,000 while total sales increased by 12%.

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Travilah rose by $155,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in South Kensington rose by $92,500 while total sales decreased by 25.8%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Bethesda rose by $26,000 while total sales decreased by 17.5%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Germantown fell by $5,100 while total sales decreased by 9.3%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Travilah rose by $317,000 while total sales decreased by 22.2%.

On April 3, 2019, Hye Ok Kim purchased a property at 13 Granite Place, Gaithersburg from Ahjs (living trust) for $330,000.
