On Friday, March 13, Washington and Lee Generals, featuring former Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School athlete Katie Lawson, secured a 75-67 victory over the Bethel Royals in the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament.
The contest began at 8 p.m. at Holekamp Gym, marking the teams’ first encounter of the tournament.
The Generals are scheduled to play again on Saturday, March 14 at 8 p.m., with the game set to take place at Holekamp Gym.
