On Tuesday, April 1, former Walter Johnson High School standout Leo Simpson’s current college team, the Towson Tigers, won 19-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Coppin State Eagles.

The game took place at John B. Schuerholz Baseball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Eagles this season.

The Tigers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 4 at 5 p.m. at Bob Hannah Stadium against Delaware Fightin’ Blue Hens.
