On Tuesday, April 8, former Walt Whitman High School standout Eli Putnam’s current college team, the Davidson Wildcats, lost 7-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the North Carolina A&T Aggies.

The game took place at World War Memorial Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Aggies this season.

The Wildcats’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 11 at 5:30 p.m. at Wilson Field against Saint Louis Billikens.
