On Tuesday, April 8, former Walt Whitman High School standout Tyler DeMartino’s current college team, the Indiana Hoosiers, won 7-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Ball State Cardinals.

The game took place at Bart Kaufman Field. This was their first matchup against the Cardinals this season.

The Hoosiers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 11 at 6 p.m. at Illinois Field against Illinois Fighting Illini.
