Katie Alexander, former Damascus High School standout’s collegiate team plays on Friday, May 16 in the NCAA Division III Softball Championship

On Friday, May 16, former Damascus High School standout Katie Alexander’s current collegiate team the Messiah Falcons won 1-0 against the Swarthmore Garnet in the NCAA Division III Softball Championship.

The game took place at Tom and Betty Broyles Field at TowneBank Park at 4 p.m. and was the second matchup against the Swarthmore Garnet in the tournament.

The Messiah Falcons’ next game will take place on Saturday, May 17 at 1:30 p.m. at Tom and Betty Broyles Field at TowneBank Park.
