Home prices increased in Aspen Hill during the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Aspen Hill rose by $48,500 while total sales increased by 0.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 131 homes sold, with a median sale price of $436,000 - a 12.5% increase over the $387,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 130 homes sold in Aspen Hill in the first quarter of 2020.
