Wheaton-Glenmont median home prices rose by 13.5% in March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Wheaton-Glenmont rose by $50,600 while total sales decreased by 24.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $425,500 - a 13.5% increase over the $374,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Wheaton-Glenmont in March 2020.
