Here is the agenda provided by the Council:

1. Convene in Open Session to vote on motion to go into Closed Session pursuant to 1) Section 3-305(b)(1)(i) of the General Provisions Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland to discuss the appointment, employment, assignment, promotion, discipline, demotion, compensation, removal, resignation, or performance evaluation of the City Clerk/Director of Council Operations and City Attorney, employees over whom the Mayor and Council has jurisdiction; and 2) Sections 3-305(b)(3) and 3-305(b)(4) of the General Provisions Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland to 1) to consider a matter that concerns the proposal for a business to locate, expand, or remain in the City; and 2) to consider the acquisition of real property for a public purpose and matters directly related to the acquisition.
