Salisbury Sea Gulls defeat Washington Shoremen 15-1 behind Mason Walter’s performance

Former Damascus High School standout Mason Walter helped lead his current college team, the Salisbury Sea Gulls, to a 15-1 victory over the Washington Shoremen in their NCAA Division III baseball game on Wednesday, March 18, at 3 p.m.

The matchup took place at Athey Park and marked the teams’ first meeting this season.

Walter, a freshman, pitched seven innings, tallying three walks and three strikeouts.

Next, the Sea Gulls are set to host McDaniel Green Terror at Donnie Williams Sea Gull Baseball Stadium on Thursday, March 19, at 1 p.m.
