He criticized exemptions that favor tech industry leaders who supported Trump, stating, “It’s no coincidence that the tech broligarchs who kissed Trump’s ring are first in line for tariff exemptions on their Chinese-made products.” Raskin warned of the economic burden this places on Americans, who, according to his tweet, will pay more while billionaires benefit.
