The Food and Drug Administration found four violations at Packo Bottling Company, Inc. in Louisburg during an inspection conducted April 22, according to information on the FDA’s website.

The FDA records show the violations consisted of the following:
- ‘You did not maintain your plant in a clean and sanitary condition.’
- ‘You did not exclude pests from your food plant to protect against contamination of food.’
- ‘Your hazard analysis did not identify a hazard that required a preventive control.’
- ‘Your written sanitation procedures were not appropriate to significantly minimize or prevent the hazard requiring a preventive control.’
