On Wednesday, April 23, former Landon School standout Jack Cope’s current college team, the Washington and Lee Generals, won 4-3 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Mary Baldwin Fighting Squirrels.

The game took place at Cap’n Dick Smith Field. This was their third matchup against the Fighting Squirrels this season.

The Generals’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 26 at 12 p.m. at Panther Field against Ferrum Panthers.
