There were two companies in cities associated with Montgomery County, Maryland, that received two FDA inspections in the second quarter of 2025, according to reports from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

This is a 33.3% decrease from the number of companies inspected in the previous quarter, when three companies received three inspections.

The companies inspected were involved in either the Biologics or Devices sectors.

Both of the companies were in line with FDA regulations, and don’t need to adjust their managing operations or regulatory/administrative actions.

According to its website, the FDA is a government agency that is primarily responsible for monitoring the production and distribution of human and animal drugs, biological products, medical supplies and tobacco products for safety quality.
