Jake Tringone, a former Sandy Spring Friends School star now playing for the Lander Bearcats, is set to take part in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.
The Bearcats enter the tournament as the No. 2 seed and will take on No. 7 seed Lincoln Memorial Railsplitters in the opening round.
The matchup is scheduled for Saturday, March 14 at 2:30 p.m. at Finis Horne Arena.
